Center
Grove Soccer Club is located just south of Indianapolis, Indiana (U.
S. A.). Founded in 1980, CGSC is the areas largest privately owned
and managed youth soccer club. CGSC provides recreational soccer for
children ages 4 to 15. In addition, the club provides a range of
competitive travel soccer teams for boys and girls ages 8 to 14. In
the spring, CGSC also hosts the South Central Select teams featuring
some of the finest high school players from area schools. Every
year, in June and October, the club hosts two nationally recognized
youth soccer tournaments, drawing over 10,000 soccer players and
families from around the country.
The club is situated on 42
acres at the corner of Morgantown (C. R. 500 W) and Whiteland roads
in Johnson County -- two miles west of the intersection of State
Road 135 and Whiteland Road (C. R. 500 N). CGSC has a concession
building, modern restrooms, clubhouse and two shelter areas. Our
club is managed and operated by a volunteer board of directors and
countless moms and dads who volunteer their time and
effort.

Coach
Carlos Florido
Carlos Florido a Brazilian native former futsal and outdoor player for Santos,
Brazil is now part of Center Grove Soccer Club.
Coach Carlos Florido, Coach Duda is bringing to Center Grove Soccer Club an
international knowledge and experience of the game in his 12 years as a player
and 11 years as an International Coach.
As a Director of Coaching in Santos, Brazil for CFBU Soccer Club, Coach Carlos
Florido has developed excellent and effective youth soccer training programs
developing great players by helping them be succesful in high school and
Universities in Brazil.
During his career in the US, Carlos Florido has worked for the Manhattan Soccer
Club's Travel program and also 8 years as part of the Coerver Coaching in CT
where he worked with great programs such as Director of lecturing at summer
camps, Youth Coaching, Recreational, Travel and Premier. For the last 4 years,
Carlos was one of the Everton America-CT Driector's and Premier Head Coach for
the club.
